Singapore-based telecom company StarHub has partnered with startup venture Perx Technologies, to start its novel digital loyalty program wherein they have started personalized promotion programs for their customers.
According to officials of Perx, the partnership has led to the innovative StarHub’s rewards digital loyalty program, launched last month.
According to a company executive,
“Through the integrated My StarHub app, StarHub customers now enjoy instant rewards, a simplified enrolment process, and greater engagement through gamification.”
With an increase in spending by customers, their chances of unlocking more and more rewards and valuable prizes increases. StarHub also has the option to customize messages and the list of recipients as and when required during birthdays or on special occasions such as festivals.
This is a major milestone in the path of transformation from the conventional form of advertising. This partnership will change the one-way communication to a data-driven virtual customer experience reducing the time spent in the market and increases interactivity leading to higher customer engagement.
